NEWS & EVENTS
I have moved onto Instagram with daily photographs and comments of what I am up to. Find me at cchuttonwriter
Below are some older examples of what I did before
Some examples of the sort of events I have taken part in or are going to be involved in during the year. A lot of the events I take part in involve children. Most of my pictures therefore tend to be of the venue, me or an events logo.
So please and honoured to have made it on to the short list of the Gaelic Literature Awards 2020 for Best Unpublished Manuscript for Children/Young People category with 'S toigh leam slug salach.
Royal National Mod in Glasgow
So proud and honoured to receive my prize on Gaelic Literature Day at the Royal National Mod. On the day a new bard was chosen as well, such a great day. I'm trying not to look to uncomfortable having my photo taken.
I can't always give details of future up coming events until they are announced elsewhere but I can say I will be appearing after a short break at a lovely friendly book festival in the Autumn. I'll give more details when I can.
Gaelic Bookbug

I love taking part in various Gaelic Bookbug sessions around the highlands. At libraries, halls and cròileagan (Gaelic playgroups) throughout the year.
